Our services may include reviewing an initial request, researching relevant medical expertise, assisting with the preparation and coordination of medical information, facilitating communication with physicians or medical institutions, and coordinating delivery of a medical second opinion.

The scope of any paid service will be described separately before the service begins.

2. TANI Health Is Not an Emergency Medical Service

TANI Health does not provide emergency medical care.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency medical services in your location immediately.

3. TANI Health Does Not Replace Your Treating Physician

Information provided through TANI Health is intended to supplement, not replace, care provided by your treating physicians.

You should not discontinue treatment, change medication, postpone urgent care, or make another medical decision solely because you have submitted a request to TANI Health.

Medical decisions should be discussed with an appropriately qualified treating physician who understands your complete medical condition.

4. Independent Medical Specialists

Medical opinions are provided by the physician or medical institution responsible for the particular evaluation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, physicians and medical institutions providing second opinions are independent from TANI Health.

TANI Health does not control the independent medical judgment of a physician.

No particular diagnosis, treatment recommendation, medical outcome, specialist, institution, or result can be guaranteed.

5. Specialist Research and Selection

TANI Health may research physicians and medical institutions based on factors such as specialty, subspecialty, clinical focus, experience relevant to the medical condition, professional background, availability, geographic location, and the requirements of the individual case.

A recommendation or introduction does not constitute a guarantee regarding the physician, institution, diagnosis, treatment, or outcome.

Availability may change at any time.

6. Medical Records

You are responsible for providing information that is accurate and reasonably complete.

A physician may be unable to provide a meaningful opinion if essential records, imaging, pathology materials, reports, or medical history are missing.

Additional documents, translations, imaging reviews, pathology reviews, or testing may be requested.

7. Translation

When medical records are not in a language accepted by the reviewing physician or institution, translation may be required.

Unless expressly included in the service purchased, translation may involve an additional service or cost.

8. Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old to request services for yourself.

If you submit information on behalf of another individual, you represent that you are legally authorized to do so or have obtained the person's appropriate permission.

Parents and legal guardians may submit requests concerning minors where legally permitted.

9. Fees and Payment

Fees depend on the type of service, physician, institution, records involved, and other requirements of the case.

Any applicable price, payment schedule, cancellation terms, or refund conditions will be provided before a paid service begins.

If a separate Medical Second Opinion Services Agreement or written quotation applies to your case, that agreement will govern the paid service if it conflicts with these website Terms.

10. No Guarantee of Acceptance

Submitting an application does not guarantee that TANI Health, a physician, or a medical institution will accept a case.

A request may be declined if a remote second opinion is not appropriate, necessary records are unavailable, an appropriate specialist cannot be identified, the requested institution does not accept the case, or other clinical or operational limitations apply.

11. Communications

By providing telephone, email, or other contact information, you authorize TANI Health to contact you concerning your inquiry and requested services.

Marketing communications, where used, will be handled separately and subject to applicable consent requirements.

12. Website Content

The educational information appearing on this website is provided for general informational purposes.

It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician.

13. Intellectual Property

The TANI Health name, branding, website design, written content, graphics, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to TANI HEALTH LLC unless otherwise indicated.
